Email [email protected] for anything: a bug, a question about the science, a data request, or a feature you wish existed. Inside the app, Profile, then Send feedback, attaches your app version and a screenshot if you choose one, which makes bugs much faster to fix.
Delete your account and data
You don't need to email anyone. In the app, open Profile and tap Delete account, or go to Privacy and data and tap Delete my data. Deletion is immediate and complete: your login, quiz answers, every check-in and score, streaks, semen analysis entries and files, Community posts and feedback are all removed. The privacy policy lists the three things that can outlast deletion (reports other people filed about your content, crash reports on their retention schedule, and any PDF you exported yourself).
If you can't get into the app to do it, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and it'll be done by hand.
Beta notes
- The beta is iPhone only, installed through TestFlight. Builds expire after 90 days, and a new build arrives before then.
- Nothing is charged and no payment details are collected. Premium is unlocked at no cost for the length of the beta.
- Your data is real and is kept when the app launches; there's no wipe at the end of the beta.
- If the app crashes, a crash report goes to Sentry (EU) without any of your answers in it. Emailing what you were doing at the time helps a lot.
- Apple Health prefill needs permission for sleep and workouts; you can revoke it in Settings, then Health, then Data Access.
If something in the app looks wrong
A score that seems off, a phase label that doesn't match your day, or a semen analysis value shown against the wrong limit: send a screenshot. Every number in Motily is an estimate built from what you logged, and the fastest way to find a mistake is to see the screen you saw.
If you're worried about your health
Motily can't help with that, and it says so plainly. Talk to a GP, a urologist or a fertility specialist. The NHS infertility page is a good place to start in the UK. Motily supports and informs; it never diagnoses or guarantees an outcome.
